Tommy Rocker Biography

Since forming his first band at age 11, Tommy has worked in every type of setting throughout the country, including nightclubs, television, radio and recording. He has performed in Las Vegas, San Diego, Aspen, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Tommy has appeared on MTV, opened for such acts as The Georgia Satellites, The Doobie Brothers and Blues Traveler in concert as well as stand-up comedy at Catch a Rising Star in Las Vegas. He holds sales records in nearly every club in which he has appeared, including his own place in Las Vegas, Tommy Rocker's Cantina & Grill. His two albums Tommy Rocker Live and Rowdy are on the Steele Bridge Label. He plays guitar, sings, tells jokes and is very clever with a digital drum machine he calls Doc.

Tommy Rocker delivers a Goofy brand of entertainment that has been called rock'n'comedy or, as he puts it, jokes you can dance to. But however you look at it, Tommy Rocker's wacky show is building him a reputation as one of the most innovative and dynamic performers on the West Coast today.

Tommy Rocker plays great rock 'n 'roll. He has also been known to put a brown mop on his head and sing a reggae version of the Gilligan's Island theme, getting the audience to shout things like Day-Oh! Day-Oh!... Day-Old Bread! Or there was the time that he led a whole audience out into the parking lot to paint psychedelic designs on his tour van. He plays killer sing-alongs and dance music, does a 2-minute version of an entire Rolling Stones concert, and transforms into Daryl, an obnoxious rhinestone cowboy for a rowdy set of twisted country classics. Once Tommy gets going, it's likely to be four or five hours before he takes a break. Oh, and he plays great rock 'n' roll, too!

Upon receipt of the information included in the Consultation & Artist Info Package, Buyer agrees that ERG has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement and releases ERG from any and all liability to the maximum extent allowed by law, and will indemnify and hold harmless ERG, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims arising from this agreement and subsequent event including but not limited to all third party claims, losses, damages, suits, fees, judgments, costs and expenses (collectively referred to as 'Claims'), including attorneys' fees incurred in responding to such Claims, that the parties may suffer or incur arising out of or in connection with (a) a party’s negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any representation, warranty, or other obligation under this Agreement, or (b) any personal injury (including death) or damage to property resulting from a party or its agents' acts or omissions and standard force majeure. The parties will give prompt notice of any Claim to the other party, and the parties will defend the opposing party at their request. This Agreement will be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of NEVADA.
